We interviewed multiple real estate agents before selecting the Kavanaugh Group. One of the most difficult aspects of the process of selecting an agent is obtaining a realistic valuation (not necessarily the highest valuation), supported not only by comparable sales in the area, but also by the agent’s reputation for accurately setting expectations. This is particularly difficult with respect to higher-value homes, as they are often unique in many respects. Ultimately, we selected the Kavanaughs based on their “justification” of their valuation, which we found more persuasive than those provided by other agents we interviewed.

After selecting the Kavanaugh Real Estate Group, we continued to be impressed by their marketing of our home and their management of each stage of the process (from obtaining inspections to preparing our home for sale, as well as vetting prospective buyers and managing the offer and sale process).
